Windows Vista - are joo ready?
Nov 4th, 2006 by ck

Windows Vista, successor of the well known Windows XP, is expected to be ready for worldwide users on 30 Jan 2007, and volume license customers end of this month. I’ve asked some of my friends about their opinions, and here are a few standard responds that I’ve received:
- Windows Vista? What 来的?
- STFU I don’t f*cking care! Don’t disturb me!
- What the heck is so good about Windows Vista? Same also lah!
- While it doesn’t break, don’t fix it dude!
- I’ll probably get a RM10 version in Lowyat and play play loh :)
- Why Microsoft? Go for Apple!
Regardless of what they’ve said, I’m definitely going to be one of the first batch users. As a “power user”, I really love to try out new things and get myself updated. I’m planning to buy a new Intel Core 2 Duo powered rig with a OEM MS WinVista license (still yet to decide which version should I go for).
