Windows Vista and Office 2007

Two big names in the computer industry, Windows and Office, both from the software giant Microsoft, will soon be updated out with the latest version - Windows Vista and Office 2007, respectively.
According to some sources, the highly anticipated Windows Vista, which will succeed Windows XP, is expected to announce its RTM on November 8, 11am PST (Source). At the same time, Microsoft has confirmed that it has completed works on Office 2007’s system code and released it to manufacturing, users from US and Canada will be able to download it on 1st Dec (Source).
Both Windows XP and Office 2003 are relatively older products with longer lifespan than typical software. I actually consider both of them pretty successful, although criticism is inevitable. It’ll nevertheless be interesting to see how their successors will be doing in the future, so keep your eyes open!
