Unable to send e-mail to TMnet selfcare

I are a good leetle kid and I don’t usually rant on Streamyx unless it goes too ridiculous.
I’ve attempted to upgrade my package to 1mbps (RM88/month package) last Saturday via the online provisioning system. Seemed impressive, I managed to apply for the upgrade with just a few clicks, and there was a nice little page that shows all the Upgrade of Service Details (with MIPS number, service login, upgrade status and so on).
However, after so many days, the order status still remains as “In Progress”. I decided to send them an email via selfcare@streamyx.com to complain about why the upgrade is taking so long.
The story isn’t finished yet, I then got a system mail saying that the mail cannot be delivered (refer to the screenshot). Initially I thought it was because of my company SMTP problem, I then tried to send it with GMail and I got exactly the same thing.
It’s just so funny that I can’t even get it sent! (-_-”)
//EDIT - Just called them up, and learned that it will be upgraded only probably next week XD
