My strengths and weaknesses

Just a quick post to write about my strengths and weaknesses. My point of this write-up? Simply for you to understand more about me, and also to remind myself about my strengths and weaknesses, so that I can work harder on my bad points while preserving my good points.
My good points:
- Observant
- Resourceful
- A fast learner
- Strong common sense
- Tech-savvy
- Independent
- Punctual
- Helpful
- Handsome :p
- Smart (from Huister *wub*)
- Organised (from Munster, somehow I feel otherwise)
My bad points:
- Somewhat shy and anti-social
- Lack initiative to a certain extent
- Lack charisma
- Lack entrepreneurship
- Inconsistent
- Over-sensitive, too much unnecessary assumptions (from Huister)
- Emotional (from Munster)
- A hesitant decision maker (from Munster)
I’ve tried to be neutral as possible, but I’m sure I’ve overlooked somethings as outsiders may see me clearer. For my friends, please do not hesitate to comment as I’m ready for both positive and negative feedbacks.
