Sony Cybershot DSC T100

Being a frequent traveler who likes to snap photographs myself, using camera phone (Sony Ericsson K800i) may be very convenient, but definitely not the best option around. 3MP is good enough for casual photography, but if I seriously wanted to take some high quality shots, I find my creativity pretty much restricted by the absence of optical zoom as well as sub-par performance under low light condition. This is why the idea of getting a REAL (or I’d call it “dedicated”) and light (in term of size) digital camera comes into my mind.
Among all the latest digital cameras, Sony Cybershot DSC T100 has captured my attention. The main features of this baby are:
- 8.1 Megapixels CCD
- 5X Optical Zoom
- Face detection (up to 8 faces)
- 3″ LCD Display
- HD Output
- Read here! Don’t be so lazy!
Wait, I missed out something, the camera is available in three colours - Red, black and silver, and guess what? All of them look amazingly cool! It’s pathetic to carry a camera that looks more handsome than me, but I can’t be that selfish XD
However, it’s just an initial thought, nothing more than that. First of all, this model is still new, I’d like to wait until the price goes down a bit, and I’ll have to go through more research first. Secondly, getting a digital camera is no where in my Wish list 2007 - thus it will be in lower priority of course. What’s more, I can definitely live with my dear K800i for now.
Anyways, it’s just a matter of time *grins* It’ll definitely beat the so called “funky” Sharp monster no matter what :p
